亞尼克菓子工房股份有限公司
Pros

1. A subsidy for a family meal is provided every month

2. A free health examination is provided after completing one year of employment

3. Birthday cash gift (cash, not a voucher or points)

4. Employees are not required to perform at the spring banquet or year-end party

5. Most colleagues are easy to get along with

Cons

Disadvantages

1. Decisions change from morning to night; every decision depends on the mood of senior management. Internal efficiency is extremely poor, and equipment repairs can be delayed for more than a week

2. The office has poor plumbing, and the entire building smells terrible. In the middle of the workday, the smell of toilet feces can even waft out

3. The office is on the seventh floor, but there is only a freight elevator, and the company prohibits using it, so everyone climbs the stairs every day to exercise their knees

4. Even though it is an office, the company says it is going paperless for environmental reasons and therefore does not provide plain paper for photocopying. How are we supposed to work? Employees also have to find their own copy paper

5. The office prohibits the use of staples, paper clips, utility knives, and rubber bands, claiming they might be brought into the factory. But the factory is clearly on the second floor, and regular employees cannot enter or leave freely anyway—yet everyone in the office is prohibited from using them?

6. Gifts from business contacts during holidays are required to be handed over in full to senior management, which looks quite bad

7. Not sure whether this counts as a disadvantage: a health examination report is required upon joining, but there is no subsidy or affiliated clinic offering a discount, so employees must bear the cost themselves (a free health examination is provided only after one year of employment)

8. Many people are leaving now, and new hires come in just to clean up the mess
