Pros

The company has moved to a new location. Things weren’t great before, but now it has offices in a building, which feels a little more normal. The advantages… I guess the only ones are that they provide a coffee machine and snacks. Oh! Right, sometimes the boss also brings food, afternoon tea snacks, and the like back to the company for the employees.

Cons

The disadvantages… um… overtime pay. It does exist, but every time I receive my pay stub, it doesn’t state how it was calculated, so I have no idea how they arrived at the amount or whether it’s correct.

There are tons of company rules, and many of them are very unreasonable. The boss and senior management just set them however they please. No matter how hard you work, there is always someone who can find fault with you. I’ve even heard a senior manager tell an employee, “You should be grateful to get this much salary” (the employee in question was only earning 28,000). At this company, no one will ever see you as an employee, because every one of you has been bought by the boss with money.

The boss has a pretty bad temper… and there is also another male manager who is very difficult to get along with. Everyone seems so snobbish when dealing with them~ (just my personal impression). If you really want to work for them, you absolutely cannot be thin-skinned; you need to have an extremely strong mentality and a very high EQ. Seriously, don’t try it lightly!! If you want to challenge your limits and aren’t afraid of ending up with nothing but a tragic, fruitless outcome, then I highly recommend going there.

Anyway, you can often see their job postings popping up on recruitment apps. They have practically never stopped hiring new people, so you should understand what that means~~~
