The boss kindly lets you leave work early
During the interview, the boss talks about various things, but as for the salary, you only find out after starting work by checking your bankbook (there are no pay slips unless you ask the boss for one). The company pays the legally mandated minimum wage or whatever amount the company (the boss) decides to give... Many of the company's policies are decided by the boss. You only find out about many matters or policies when you encounter them; the boss won't mention them during the interview (the company's accountant or colleagues won't tell you either, because they are the boss's trusted people), including the year-end bonus after completing one year of work....
The boss kindly lets you leave work early, but deducts it from your annual leave. With seven days of annual leave being used this way by the boss, it makes no difference for new employees who have no annual leave.
When you take annual leave, NT$1,000 is also deducted from your perfect-attendance bonus for that month, which means there's practically no point in taking leave.
For new sales employees, finding three potential clients within three months is very difficult...
You must have worked for a full year (January 1 to December 31) to receive a year-end bonus. For example, if you start in January, sorry, you won't receive a year-end bonus—unless you started last December..
The holiday gift is limited to soy sauce (bought by the boss from clients and then passed on to sales employees during the three holidays). As for Starbucks gifts, unless there is a promotional day, you pay a little extra; the boss subsidizes some of the cost....
The sales employees fight intensely among themselves. For the sake of sales performance, they often report minor things to the boss.... Also, under no circumstances should you offend the sales employees; be careful what you say
