The exterior has the look and feel of the software information industry.
At its core, it has the one-sided, old-line-industry atmosphere of a traditional enterprise. Its products are limited, and there is little interaction between departments. Employees are indifferent and not sociable; they do not pay much attention to newcomers and are not very willing to invest the time and effort to train them. They only hope that new hires can hit the ground running. If you assess yourself as an inexperienced beginner who cannot get up to speed quickly, please think twice.
