2. The company is managed and operated very poorly. It is a very old-fashioned company with severe bureaucracy. Although it has brought in many senior executives from outside, every one of them is out of touch with what is going on

3. Internally, things are done on the spur of the moment. Decisions are made without adequate planning, leading to constant remedial work afterward

4. Salaries hardly ever increase
