They will ask you to reply to messages on holidays. At first, they’ll tell you that you don’t need to keep an eye on things 24 hours a day and that you can reply when you see the messages. But later, as long as they see that you reply more slowly than they do on holidays, they’ll complain and give you a hard time. Naturally, there is no overtime pay. The company phone has very little data, so you basically have to use your home internet.
The boss is always fond of making a fuss over trivial details and also shows some gender stereotypes.
