Seems like an easy place to get by

After the interview, it was very obvious that this is a company with no prospects...

It sounded like most people had been there for 20 or 30-plus years, all just waiting to retire. The office was gloomy and completely lacked energy, and the manager who interviewed me also looked like they spent all day just getting by.

There isn't much structure, and the sales team doesn't receive performance bonuses. Even the results you achieve have to be shared with the entire company. Anyway, it all sounded terrible—don't waste your time! You probably won't be able to stay there long...
