If a certain supervisor does not like you, or believes that your presence threatens them, they will quietly make you feel that the company is an unpleasant place to work, leading you to consider resigning.
There are no performance evaluations, and poor-performing employees are ignored. When you feel that they are being unfair, they pretend not to understand. They also say one thing in front of person A and another in front of person B, and may even openly exclude you at gatherings. When you ask why they are excluding you, they deny it. Because they are very skilled at managing their image in front of others, they make people believe that they have a very good relationship with you.
Please be aware that exclusion is workplace bullying, and deliberate isolation is as well. These behaviors may constitute unlawful harm in the workplace:
Preventing the bullied person from participating in important matters or social activities; marginalizing, ignoring, suppressing, excluding, and freezing them out.
Assigning the bullied person an excessive workload, or making them underuse their abilities by having them perform boring, trivial tasks, or even giving them nothing to do at all.
Stealing the bullied person’s work成果 or reputation.
Increasing the bullied person’s responsibilities while reducing their power or status.
Those who perform well and work hard should wait and find a way to leave on their own. You will be better off after leaving (both in your working life and emotionally).
