Normal working hours, not much overtime, and colleagues are easy to get along with.
In addition to your regular duties, the boss will expect you to handle everything under the sun, doing a bunch of unrelated odd jobs. Even though these tasks are not your specialty, you will still be expected to work quickly and accurately.
The boss is often emotionally unstable and frequently uses emotional manipulation, and does not respect people!
Every day is filled with negative energy, and there is a considerable number of people on the handover list. If you cannot make it through three months, you will be fired. You will receive everything you are entitled to, but you will simply be wasting your life working yourself to the bone for a toxic boss. There is no point trying to communicate—the boss even berates their own father. The salary is willing to be paid, but you should be prepared to buy your own supplements and medicine.
