The office is very new, that's about it.
1. I interviewed for an assistant position, and the interviewing manager looked so sour during the interview. I don't know why they had to look so unpleasant.
2. It's a responsibility-based position, and assistants are required to be on call in the group chat after work and on weekends, checking group messages and reporting back at any time.
3. The entire interview process felt terrible. The interviewing manager came across as aloof and condescending, with no empathy.
4. If you can't offer a generous salary, please don't invite assistants with more than 10 years of work experience to interview. Thanks.
5. By the way, assistants are also required to move heavy objects, probably over 10 kilograms.
6. Throughout the interview, people kept walking onto the meeting-room balcony to smoke. It was incredibly smelly. I honestly couldn't tell whether I was there for an interview or to inhale secondhand smoke.
7. On top of that, you also have to do miscellaneous chores.
8. They really didn't dare state the salary clearly, only saying that if business performance is good, the boss won't be stingy. A small-minded, narrow-minded little business.
