There aren't really any advantages.

1. During the interview, they did not specifically mention that administrative assistants are routinely required to support group tours by starting work two hours early, for which only one hour of compensatory leave can be claimed. A review meeting is also held before the end of the workday.

In practice, the actual working hours are much longer than the nine hours mentioned in the interview. Applicants who enjoy taking elementary school students on outings and do not mind the working hours may give it a try.

2. The attitude toward new employees is unfriendly. They may yell at you, have little structure when teaching, and use a very harsh tone when assigning tasks for the first time.

3. On the first day, you will be added to a great many LINE groups, and the work processes are disorganized.

4. They monitor you very closely when you are working off-site. You have to send LINE messages wherever you go, and they do not seem to trust their employees.

5. Not recommended for people without experience.
