The manager and several supervisors are very good at leading people, especially the manager, who is always tireless in teaching us and helps shield us from a lot of pressure every time.
The scheduling is also very flexible.
Company-mandated activities are usually arranged in great haste. We’ve been talking about this for years, yet it’s still the same. The boss is very emotional, and when company bonuses are paid late, they act as if it’s only natural.
They seem to think that issuing one announcement with everything jumbled together is enough to fob everyone off. It feels increasingly taken for granted that we should work hard to help the company hit its targets.
Judging from the full-time employees, they probably don’t actually earn that much, yet they have to keep working overtime. I don’t want to become a full-time employee at all.
