1. The boss is someone who is willing to communicate and is very open to discussing life and work-related issues.
2. The colleagues are quite easy to get along with, and the workplace environment is friendly.
1. Almost all employees in the company, except for the administrative staff, work overtime nearly every day. As soon as one project ends, another begins, so if you don't have a good liver, please consider carefully.
2. If filming runs overtime, there is absolutely no overtime pay, nor any meal allowance or transportation reimbursement for location scouting.
3. Because they are quite short-staffed, you will quickly be assigned to work as an on-site filming assistant after joining. However, since this can happen at very short notice, if you have activities planned outside working hours on weekdays or on weekends, you will need to coordinate with your colleagues or the boss. (This is rather subjective, but since I usually plan my schedule in advance, it is a drawback for me.)
4. If you join, you will be required to use your own laptop (the company does not specifically provide laptops for employees to work with, so you will need to prepare your own!).
