Remote work

The company is very small, the environment is dirty and messy, and the managers and interviewers are all old women. During the interview, they repeatedly belittle people to drive down your salary and keep questioning the candidate’s abilities, yet they do not ask technical questions to assess those abilities. I ultimately passed the interview, but the salary they offered was downright insulting to an engineer. I recommend that candidates not waste their time interviewing with this company; if you are considering joining, think twice.
