At first glance, the benefits seem to comply with the Labor Standards Act.
During the interview, the supervisor of the audiovisual department under the Business Division
showed you the work channel of the Editorial Department in another division
and talked at length about the company’s ambitions and lofty ideals of revering Heaven and loving others.
They deceived the interviewee by passing off the job duties as something they were not.
During the second interview, HR also glossed over the important points to cover for this supervisor.
Only after joining the department did I discover that the work was entirely execution-oriented, editing short videos and adding subtitles.
After the year-end rush was over, as soon as the company’s so-called probationary period ended, they cited performance evaluations as a reason to nitpick over all kinds of minor issues and then pressured me to withdraw.
They also asked me to leave the information of the external personnel from the vendors we work with whenever I had time.
At first glance, the company’s departments seem to be expanding, but in reality, employees come and go, the company cannot retain people, and it has no intention of developing talent.
They are full of talk about benevolence, justice, morality, and ethics, but basically just want to exploit you completely.
A terrible job position—enter at your own risk.
