The interviewer really likes interrupting candidates while they are speaking. Basically, there is no need to give any background because he does not listen—extremely disrespectful to the candidate.
He likes to repeatedly ask questions unrelated to the candidate’s experience and abilities, then says that the job requires someone to get up to speed quickly and work independently, leaving people unsure whether this position actually requires applicants to have relevant experience and abilities......
That said, offering only a base salary while requiring people to be on call during holidays—really fantastic.
