The interview first involved filling out a company employee questionnaire. After writing for a while, I switched to the company’s own personality traits questionnaire. Once I finished, I was taken upstairs to begin the interview.
The interview started with a request for me to introduce myself. However, I did not give a very complete introduction before the interviewers looked for points in what I had written on the questionnaire and asked questions about them.
When asked why I left my previous company, I simply answered truthfully. The remaining questions were relatively unimportant.
Next, they explained the job duties. After listening, I felt that, compared with my previous experience, the work seemed quite easy and simple, especially since the entire small facility is air-conditioned.
After that interview was over, another person who appeared to be a supervisor took over. They immediately asked how much I had understood based on the description just given. After I explained roughly, they again paused at certain points and asked me to describe the content once more.
Overall, it was not difficult, but it was time-consuming.
Status: no rejection notice.
Overall, the process took a long time, and they use a personality-traits questionnaire of sorts to select candidates.
As long as you do not match the standards on the questionnaire, you will almost certainly receive no rejection notice, regardless of how good you think you are, how well you could supposedly perform if hired, or how relevant your experience and background are.
