During the conversation, I felt that there was a high degree of creative freedom in the work and that professional expertise was respected. Although it was an interview, they gave me, as a freelance contractor, a lot of advice on communication techniques.

I'm not sure whether this counts as a drawback, but the company's current direction for the future (which I believe is environmental sustainability) is somewhat complex, and it may require a great deal of development, which could be demanding of an individual's abilities.
