A terrible company that packages its image very well on the surface.

Internally, it constantly cycles people through every department, then fires you once it has used you up.

Every department in this company is the same—they are all constantly getting rid of people.

At first, they take advantage of your resources and effort. Later, once they feel that you can no longer provide more than 160% performance, your superiors start finding excuses to target and trouble you, using both overt and covert methods to push you into resigning.

They can replace even a single receptionist every two months—that should tell you everything. There are many good companies in Taiwan. This company is good at giving you small perks (such as a 9:00–9:30 buffer in the morning), but in reality, you work overtime every day or continue working after returning home, and they expect you to report on it at the next day's meeting. The price you pay is very high.
