1. Located in an industrial area, with very poor air quality
2. Poor office environment: a space of less than 30 ping is crammed with miscellaneous items, with no dedicated cleaning staff, and there are rats
3. The job website says there are 11 employees, but in reality there are 4 people, including the boss
4. Due to the flexible management, there is no well-established system
