1. Colleagues are very friendly
1. The company is divided into on-site sales and marketing departments. If the position you are applying for is marketing-related, think twice.
2. The company does not care about the marketing department’s rights and interests. If there is a dispute between administrative affairs and the on-site team, you simply have to accept that the company will favor the sales department.
3. The marketing department’s bonus system is unclear and is not based on performance. There may be a discrepancy between the bonuses mentioned verbally and the amount actually received because the boss calculates bonuses according to his own method.
4. There is no department manager; everything is handled directly with the boss.
5. The job requires a wide range of abilities. From taking on a project to completing it, you have to handle everything you can think of on your own.
6. If the client treats you unreasonably in any way, you can only bear it alone. The boss will not offend a client on your behalf.
7. The company’s planner is a friend of the boss, so it is best to be careful about what you say. Otherwise, if the boss’s friend becomes unhappy, you can expect to be reprimanded.
8. The company does not invest much thought or effort in marketing because its main business is sales, yet it likes to present itself as eager to accomplish something. In reality, it will neither allocate resources nor provide much in the way of solutions.
9. The company does not provide any computer equipment, and travel fuel expenses are reimbursed according to the boss’s discretion.
10. If you are someone who never loses your temper, does not care about bonuses, and enjoys contributing to the company unconditionally, this may be the right job for you.
