Absolutely no advantages

There are a ton of drawbacks: dust everywhere, poor ventilation, and the pay is not proportional to the work. If you damage company equipment or products, you have to pay for them yourself. You also get criticized for taking even a personal leave day. You work overtime every day—there isn't a single day when you can leave at 5:30 p.m. There is basically no year-end bonus; instead, they use your own unused personal leave to buy it back, and the year-end bonus is less than one week's pay. There are no employee trips, no benefits, and no bonuses for the three major holidays.
