The work is simple, and once you become familiar with it, it is fairly easy to get the hang of.
The work environment is extremely unfriendly toward women. I was repeatedly made things difficult for when I applied for parental leave, and was even asked to provide proof of resignation. Unmarried women should think twice; the year-end bonus promised during the interview was also deducted because I became pregnant.
There is office politics and it is a family business. If you offend the relatives of those in power, it is basically difficult to continue working there. There are also colleagues who curry favor with their superiors. The work environment is extremely quiet; if colleagues talk, someone will slam things down and complain, and when you walk past, they will say, “You’re so noisy.”
