Because it’s a large company.
Some managers really are good people.
They genuinely guide and support you.
Heh, I was bored and came to take a look at this company’s reviews..
And it turns out... seven or eight years have passed... and it’s still the same. Terrible!
I’ll say a few things too.
This company:
1. Is the company’s original purpose to help children study? No! Put simply, it’s just selling products! Using all kinds of tactics. The people who truly help children study are some ethical sales representatives. Not the company.
2. Personal information is purchased. Nothing unexpected; it’s just the sales representatives who suffer. The company only has to pay a fine.
3. The company’s various salary systems keep changing. Simply put, when profits are poor, they target the sales representatives. When profits are good, they may not share the benefits with you. Instead, the company creates an atmosphere of hero worship and a sense of honor, making your vanity explode.
4. The chairman of 3Bebed has many blood relatives working at this company! They’re all one big family! Naturally, the money goes to their own family members! Your effort and youth are merely directly proportional to the salaries they pay you.
5. The company went public and listed on the OTC market—basically, it’s just stock speculation! The chairman’s relatives would tell you to hurry up and buy/sell, pushing up the stock price/arrivals. (Luckily, I didn’t buy any.)
6. You can come work here; that’s fine. Every company has its complicated sides, and this place is actually like an ordinary company. The reason there are so many negative reviews is that when they went public and listed on the OTC market, they kicked out in one mass purge all the people who had contributed the most during that period. They lowered the share-allocation price, the year-end bonuses suddenly disappeared, and things like the various family-formation funds all turned into empty promises.
7. During summer and winter vacations, it’s from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Because students aren’t in class from when they wake up until night, you have to work that way too.
8. I will always remember a relative of the chairman saying something so contemptuous: “If you don’t work for 3Bebed, what company outside Taiwan is even decent?” (Did he simply look down on other industries? I don’t know why.) Oh, right! This relative is also quite low-class, and their private behavior is pretty disgusting too.
9. The CEO is quite skilled at using sales rhetoric too.
10. When purchasing courses, parents and students are told to apply for loans to pay the fees. One manager, in order to successfully close a deal, even blocked the “promissory note” and made the parent sign one. Wow!
11. The period when there was a base salary was pretty good. If you didn’t perform well, they would verbally bully you. Sigh..
So... 3Bebed, for the sake of going public and listing on the OTC market, can you please have a little conscience? And they claim to be a key player in “education”...
Can you really hold yourselves up?
Though I guess you did manage to hold yourselves up! Being publicly listed is apparently awesome.
Hmm
Going there to gain some experience is fine too.
But their culture is “having no culture.”
And you call yourselves part of the education system.
Maybe they have no culture, so they simply sell products.
Oh yeah~
A former “legal adviser” once asked me, “Do you really think this company is good?” When talking with me, they even first checked whether my belongings contained a recorder or a surveillance device.
The reason we talked was also due to a certain coincidence.
Alright! I’ve said so much..
In the end...
Companies like this exist; there are many of them in society.
But this company is one you should simply pass through and leave behind.
