The employee trip is an overseas trip. Employees who have completed one year of service can go for free. Employee health checkups are provided. If performance is normal, the year-end bonus is approximately two months of full salary. During the pandemic, rapid tests were provided to employees.

The work environment is cramped, in a sheet-metal factory. The parking lot is wet and full of mosquitoes. The factory is hot, dirty, and dark, and extremely cold in winter. The pay is very low. The equipment and machinery are all in very poor condition. The workload and pressure are very high. Upper management has extremely poor management concepts. They say everything complies with the Labor Standards Act and that they strictly follow regulations, but in reality they are very good at taking advantage of people and exploiting them. They allow some incompetent supervisors to freeload. Both male and female senior employees are difficult to deal with, relying on their seniority to bully honest people. Many supervisors lack the courage to take responsibility and shift blame; they only flatter others and cling to those in power. When problems arise at work, you often have to conduct historical research and rely on mind-reading. Employees clock in when starting work but are held responsible after hours. The HR department does nothing and has an extremely poor service attitude. Less powerful departments often have to take the blame. I’ll add more when I have time.
