I work in an office, and for an office job, the salary is much higher than at other companies. After one year with the company, the annual salary is around 700,000.

The company owner places quite a lot of importance on young people, so younger employees have fairly good opportunities for promotion. However, this also means taking on greater responsibilities, which is neither an advantage nor a disadvantage.

The company culture is quite diverse, and there are also quite a lot of activities.

There is a lot of pressure and many challenges, though I personally don't consider that a drawback.

It is extremely unsuitable for people who want to coast until retirement.
