After thinking about it for a long time, I’d say the only advantage is the flexible working hours.

There is a shortage of staff, which often leads to overtime. You also have to work overtime on weekends, and the overtime pay is low.

Breaks and meal times are not fixed; sometimes lunch ends up being eaten as late as dinner.

When stationed at the Taoyuan–Linkou site, the only food options are often convenience stores.

The company requires employees to purchase clothing and bags. There is a subsidy, but it comes with a contract requirement; if you do not stay for more than a year, you have to pay the money back. This is not proactively disclosed.

There is no clock-in system. Working hours are flexible, but this also means there is no way to prove lateness or overtime; everything is recorded by hand.
