Can't think of anything yet
The systems at this company are truly appalling. The company's managers are coasting toward retirement and relying on seniority, which hinders internal competition and innovation. If the company cannot give capable employees more opportunities and freedom, these people may leave, thereby affecting the company's development.
In short, this company needs to change the status quo and establish a healthier and more stable work environment. The company should do its utmost to safeguard employees' salaries and livelihoods, while providing capable employees with more opportunities and challenges. Only in this way can the company continue to develop and achieve success.
In addition to the issues mentioned above, this company has another serious problem: internal infighting. People who once performed well at the company can be unfairly smeared based on incomplete information after making even a minor mistake, and this phenomenon makes employees feel extremely unfairly treated.
Furthermore, some department managers do nothing but talk, without providing any substantive help or support. The presence of such managers makes employees feel helpless and unvalued. Worse still, if an employee offends such a manager, they may very well face retaliation, leaving the employee feeling frustrated and afraid.
In short, this company needs to take these issues seriously and resolve them, creating a just and fair work environment where employees feel respected and valued. The company should establish effective complaint and feedback mechanisms so that employees can safely raise problems and opinions, enabling the company to identify and resolve issues promptly. Only in this way can the company establish itself and succeed in a fiercely competitive market.
