Cons
1. The factory is noisy; the machine tools and machinery operate for long periods and are very loud, and no hearing protection (earplugs) is provided. Over time, this can harm your hearing.
2. The atmosphere within the company is strange; as long as management is displeased, they can easily turn hostile.
3. The perfect-attendance bonus is included in the base salary.
4. The actual job duties may differ from what was described in the interview.
