There are no advantages. Policies change on a whim, so employees have no standards to refer to or follow. Not providing lunch would be one thing, but even when employees have to work overtime after their shifts, they are only given a few cents as a meal allowance. They also require employees who continue working overtime after their shifts to go two consecutive hours without eating. Especially when shipment volumes are high, everyone becomes exhausted and lacks the energy to work, and employees have even fallen ill as a result. The company then simply tells them to resign, displaying a completely cold-blooded and utterly uncompassionate attitude.
This is especially concerning for a food industry company: many products and aspects of the environment do not comply with regulations. The environment is dirty and chaotic, rats are rampant, and expiration dates on products are altered. These are all shameless and unethical practices. I recommend not going to the interview. Employee turnover is very high—five people have left within two months. Would a company that values talent and cares about its employees operate this way?
The warehouse environment is unsanitary and dirty, and employees are told to do a lot of illegal things. The drawback is that there are absolutely no advantages whatsoever!
