Interview:
Because the company places employees at client sites, you may have multiple interview opportunities.
1. The first interview is with our company's HR team. They will mostly ask whether you have any needs or requirements and briefly explain the company's internal situation. (For example, if you have health-related concerns or special family circumstances, you can raise them and discuss them with HR. This is actually intended to ensure everyone's future working environment remains pleasant, so feel free to bring up any needs for discussion.)
2. Subsequent interviews are with the on-site client companies. The main thing to note is that, because these are partner companies, although most have worked with us for a long time, you may still encounter someone who is not very courteous when we are looking for a new partner. Please remember that this is a partner company, not our company. If you feel the discussion is not a good fit, you can tell our HR team, and they will arrange interview opportunities with other partners. Do not foolishly agree to something that is not a good fit.
Work:
1. Basically, there is no need for overtime. Of course, this still depends on the on-site client company. If you believe a partner's request for overtime is unreasonable, immediately report it to our HR team or boss. The company will fight for the rights you are entitled to.
2. If the on-site client company makes an unreasonable request, immediately report it to our HR team or boss for handling. Company personnel will help coordinate the issue for you. (The prerequisite here is that the request is genuinely unreasonable, rather than that you have a poor attitude.)
3. If you encounter technical problems you do not know how to solve, you can first ask the partner's personnel. If they are unwilling to teach you, you can also try asking other people within the company. The company has a group, and everyone is happy to help answer any questions.
4. Except during periods affected by the pandemic, the company also has enthusiastic senior employees who, when they discover useful technologies, are willing to sacrifice their own time to organize classes and teach them. Everyone actually gets along quite well.
5. In short, whenever you encounter any problem, ask someone immediately—whether an employee, the boss, or HR. Everyone is happy to help one another.
Other:
1. Because this is an on-site placement role, you will usually change locations frequently. This gives you opportunities to meet more people and expand your social network.
2. Partner companies occasionally offer special discounts that you may be able to use.
3. Because your network may expand, you may also have opportunities to be recruited by large companies. (However, most people currently choose to stay, and there is no pressure. If you choose a large company, the company will also wish you well.)
1. This is basically an issue that exists with every on-site placement company: you may encounter a difficult partner. (Please remember to report it to the company.)
2. You may need to change your environment and on-site partner from time to time. (If you perform very well, you may also have the opportunity to remain at the same location.)
3. For people who are not very socially adept, frequently changing environments and the people they work with can be very challenging.
4. If you do not have relevant technical experience and are not enthusiastic, it will be very difficult. (You will need to ask people for help everywhere, and it may take considerable time for others to teach you. If you are unfamiliar with basic technical skills, learning will be very difficult. If you know that you need someone to guide you for a period of time, remember to mention this during the interview.)
