Guaranteed not to change for fifty years
1. The company has many shortcomings that it does not address. HR still acts as if it is very friendly and professional and manages everything well, while speaking in empty corporate jargon.
2. The company has no intention of nurturing talent; it can always just hire more people. Sometimes it feels like a sightseeing tour for visitors, with no prospects for development.
3. It is out of touch with society and has no desire to improve. The internal systems are terrible, and there are hardly any good overseas assignment locations to choose from—they are all awful. It really feels like employees are being toyed with.
