Pros
The colleagues are really supportive.
Cons
The company’s policies are extremely exploitative of frontline employees. Everything gets pushed down to them, and now a certain telecom operator has brought in a whole group of people, causing the policies to be changed so drastically that everything is in disarray. Run for your lives!!!
