Pros
It's very convenient to coast and slack off.
Cons
There are tons of self-righteous people who pretend to know things they don't and love to show off.
Use it as a stepping stone, but don't stay long-term; you'll develop bipolar disorder and depression.
It seems to have violated the Labor Standards Act many times,
but apparently fines don't scare them～
In any case, the company has money.
