Pays on time on the 10th of every month, no discrimination
I’ve never heard of anyone being fired
The pay is extremely low; in Taipei, many salaries are under NT$30,000
Overtime work is common, but the maximum is only around NT$39,000
Other companies already offer 10 days off per month and NT$38,000.
When I first interviewed, I joined because I had no experience, but later discovered
that they were basically tricking people into taking the job. It’s a low-paying company, and everyone knows the pay is low, yet they use deception to recruit people.
They also require guarantor information, and everyone is covered by fidelity insurance. In addition, employees must clock in and out online. They say it’s because of company policy, even though there is already a paper sign-in sheet.
