The exterior of the factory buildings is all corrugated metal, making them look run-down. The employee cafeteria looks like it has at least 40 years of history.
There seem to be very few employee parking spaces around the factory buildings. I don't know how many employees there actually are.
The interview was conducted in a conference room with an HR representative and the department manager present at the same time. The manager looked like a man in his fifties and did not seem very serious about conducting the interview. He asked a few questions, went out to drink some water, and then came back in. His attitude toward the interviewee was somewhat flippant, as if he wanted people to think he was very impressive.
The HR representative, meanwhile, had no understanding of the job duties at all. When she arranged the interview by phone, she could not clearly explain the detailed responsibilities of the position.
You will not receive a thank-you letter even more than a month after the interview.
The HR representative gives the impression that she is looking for employees who can work there for the rest of their lives. She does not want any turnover.
There are also other reviews of this company online. I remember it was described as a family-owned business and a traditional manufacturing company.
