Absolutely no advantages

All I can say is that it is a terrible company. They have never provided a monthly salary statement on time; you always have to keep reminding them. The salary for January was paid on February 10, and today is already March 8, yet they still have not provided the January salary statement. The company has an extremely high employee turnover rate. For example, a community security guard resigned yesterday, but the company did not inform the manager or secretary, so no one knew which new colleague would be coming to work today. I have never seen such an absurd company.
