The only advantage might be that it’s a little closer to home.
The boss loves yelling at people every day and calls you over constantly, whenever and wherever. Every meeting can last an hour while they talk about a bunch of irrelevant things. There are tons of punishment rules, so you can forget about getting a bonus—and there’s no year-end bonus here!
Several people in the office are the boss’s little followers and dump things on others at the drop of a hat. I feel sorry for the warehouse staff; there’s also someone in the warehouse who’s very good at shirking responsibility.
Fortunately, I left some time ago. If you’re considering coming here, think it through carefully.
