1. Work approximately 12 hours a day
2. Work at least six days a week; often required to work on Sundays as well
3. Apart from annual leave, you still have to work on all other national holidays
4. Even when you take annual leave, you will be morally pressured to return to work
5. No overtime pay whatsoever
6. Attendance records are all falsified, leaving employees with no protection
7. If they take a dislike to an employee, they will use various methods to force the employee to resign and make them sign a voluntary resignation, thereby avoiding responsibility for termination
