You don't really need to learn much after joining.
1. An extremely manipulative supervisor
2. No overtime pay, and they even say that you volunteered to work overtime.
3. The new-hire system and training are inadequate and careless, yet employees are expected to achieve performance targets in areas they do not know how to handle.
4. A conscience-less company that only wants to keep extracting endless amounts of money from customers, without providing them with the quality and refinement they deserve.
5. The bonus system changes constantly, with notice given only one or two weeks in advance. After exploiting the customers' money, they move on to exploiting the employees.
6. The employee turnover rate is very high. New hires leave before completing half a year. It looks like a company in decline, with everyone appearing to be older employees close to retirement.
