The female owner has been injured before; after evaluating you, she may advise you not to take the job
The materials are relatively light, and there are also women on the production line
Cons
A sheet-metal factory building (usually they are all like this)
On-site operators stand all day and can only sit during break times
(The production line workers are all older; only the office has younger people)
