The interview atmosphere was very good at first, and the boss was also quite nice. Even when problems arose unintentionally, they were still handled through communication, and I learned a few things.

The colleagues were generally easy to get along and communicate with, except for Ms. Yang. Any mistakes were all counted against you, simply because the other colleagues had relationships with her. The boss left everything to Ms. Yang without getting involved—is this her company or whose???

Ms. Yang really likes to scold you first regardless of whether you are right or wrong, and then deal with the matter~~ Her emotional management is extremely poor.

She would verbally tell you that it was fine and that she did not want to communicate with you, but privately she would go to the boss and gossip about the matter ^^.

The salary was very low, but there was a lot of work. There were major problems with work allocation, making it very difficult to get things done.

Also, when discussing salary-related matters, the boss did not comply with the Labor Standards Act. How could the salaries given to those young employees be that low? I even suspected that I had heard incorrectly. Although the boss's tone was relatively pleasant, his words actually showed disrespect for the employees' abilities.

The office was very dirty.
