Pros
None, everything is pretty basic.
Cons
Overtime pay is calculated based on an hourly wage of 176, rather than the higher hourly wage advertised in the job posting—playing number games.
The overtime pay difference is further deducted as a welfare fund contribution; it feels like being skinned twice.
Temporary workers also cannot receive bonuses from the employee welfare committee.
