Other than the fitness and yoga classes, I can't think of any other advantages.

The interview was conducted jointly, and the experience was extremely unpleasant. The brand director spoke as if they were in a hurry and did not even want to look at my portfolio. I don't understand what the interview was for. They said the company was looking for all-around talent, but it didn't seem like they were looking for anyone with relevant expertise. They also had no patience when speaking. Going to the interview was simply an unpleasant experience. In the end, I didn't even want to ask about the salary or benefits. There is no need to waste time interviewing at that company.
