1. During the interview, I proactively asked about the salary. The three managers only kept praising the boss, saying that he would not shortchange employees and that the “actual take-home” monthly salary was 30,000, but they did not mention the salary structure or the probationary period.

After learning that I had been accepted, I requested a formal offer because the manager had been very vague about the salary structure. HR was even surprised that I made this request.

In the end, the salary listed on the offer was only 28,000.

The remaining compensation consisted of variable operating bonuses, which would not be paid if business operations were unfavorable. In addition, there would be no bonuses during the probationary period—only the base salary.

This differed from the 30,000–35,000 listed on the employment website.

2. During the interview, they repeatedly emphasized that after work and on days off, I “must” reply to messages and could not simply ignore work matters after hours.

Based on this, it is highly likely that handling work remotely from home would also be unpaid overtime.

If something happened in the commercial district during a day off, I would still have to go to the site.

People who place importance on their quality of life may want to take note.

3. The position I interviewed for was “Operations Specialist.”

However, throughout the interview, they kept steering me toward doing “business development for tenant recruitment.” After the interview ended, they even called to continue trying to persuade me (I repeatedly declined, but they continued recommending it).

This also raises concerns that I might initially join as an Operations Specialist, only to discover later that I was actually doing tenant-recruitment business development work.
