The company is willing to nurture its employees
1. The position advertised and interviewed for was an administrative front-desk staff member, but the actual interview content did not match the job duties listed on 104.
2. If you are not simply looking for someone to work at the front desk, please list the actual job duties to avoid wasting job seekers’ time.
3. The interviewing supervisor was an older woman who did not introduce herself or clarify whether she was a supervisor or HR. After seeing my age, she asked why I was not married yet and why I did not move back home instead of renting. (She was especially pushy about this point—whether I want to live at home is none of your business.)
4. Asking about personal privacy is highly unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.
5. They repeatedly emphasized that their company was focused on cultivating talent, giving the impression that they looked down on administrative front-desk work.
6. The position is listed as administrative front-desk work, yet it requires traveling to southern Taiwan, where the work would involve conducting audits. Administrative work is administrative work, and auditing is auditing—please do not advertise one thing and sell another!
7. They also did not clearly explain where employees would stay during business trips or how travel expenses would be calculated. You expect an administrative front-desk employee to do all these things while offering monkey-level pay—only a fool would want to go.
8. This position appears to have been open for a long time. The people there seem to be around the same age as the woman who conducted the interview, so young people considering applying should think twice.
9. The entire interview process was extremely uncomfortable. Even if you begged me to go, I would still have no interest. It is not as if I have to rely on your company for a living, so there is really no need to be so ridiculous.
