The terms offered during the interview were all very good, but I was lured into joining.

1. The female owner has very traditional ways of thinking and a traditional management style.

2. The female owner is extremely insecure and believes that sales staff are not doing any work.

3. The female owner will only give you 3–6 months. The turnover rate is very high (with all kinds of pressure). I sincerely do not recommend joining.

4. Small-volume customers basically do not get shipments; only large orders are considered. The company’s reputation in the industry has been criticized relentlessly.
