Pros
Some colleagues are easy to get along with
Cons
The salary is still relatively poor compared with the industry
The company’s reputation in the plant area really isn’t very good
A bunch of inexplicable unofficial supervisors
The actual supervisors don’t manage things and can’t handle matters
High turnover～～～～～～～～～
