Good benefits at a foreign company, including free coffee, fruit, and medical consultations. There is also an employee trip every year, and you can interact with foreign colleagues. You receive at least 13+1 months of performance-based pay per year. The company considers itself the world’s number-one forwarder. The company provides many resources; you just won’t use most of them.
Office politics and an ineffective culture of working overtime (same as upstairs). Getting into a good team is like going to heaven. They don’t hire more people when they’re making money, but lay people off when they’re not (same as upstairs). Performance evaluations are extremely bizarre: work that isn’t yours will be counted toward your performance. It makes hardworking people look like idiots and creates an environment where bad money drives out good. Suitable for people who love slacking off and merely getting by.
