A box of pineapple cakes at year-end.
I had collaborated with them for several years, from the past until now, and worked here as a manager for three years. They claim that sales are booming, but at year-end I only received a box of pineapple cakes... It is the Elephant Man clothing brand that often holds special sales at major department stores and hypermarkets, as well as online e-commerce. They are usually quite good at pressuring people into working overtime for free, and there are no bonuses or anything like that. Internal policies and various deduction schemes are often changed according to their mood. Please think twice before taking a position here!
